Marcus Thompson

Marcus Thompson is a Chicago-based architectural photographer and historic preservation consultant whose work has appeared in Architectural Digest and Preservation Magazine. A SCAD graduate in Photography and Architectural History, he combines his photographer's eye with deep historical knowledge to tell compelling stories about buildings and their evolution. His writing explores how historical architectural elements can be thoughtfully adapted for modern living while preserving their original character.
